This tastes like butterscotch once it is added to coffee. So if you are expecting a Mocha then this is not the syrup for you. If you put too much in hoping the chocolate taste would come through then that wont work either, instead it will make your drink too sweet and undrinkable. Sadly will have to finish this whole bottle before trying a new one
