This Mactop Traditional Cream Alternative is the perfect fresh cream alternative as it brings that original and traditional flavour, which triples in volume when whipped.

Add colour and flavour to this cream without affecting the finish of the whip.

Suitable for vegetarians and it's gluten-free. The carton used on this product is now made out of 87% renewable materials, cutting down on the environmental impact.

Method:

Chill to 2-10°C and fill to approximately 1/3rd of bowl capacity before whipping.
Whip until desired consistency is achieved.
