Our Delivery Promise

Our top priority is to provide reliable and efficient delivery of your packages. We provide both premium and budget courier options tailored to your requirements with Next Day Delivery. 

We’re proud to provide the latest same-day dispatch in the industry – if you place your order before 5:30pm, it will be dispatched on the same day*. Please note that orders received after 5:30pm on Fridays (including weekends) will be dispatched on the following Monday* (*subject to stock availability).

As part of our mission, all of our courier rates reflect the courier charges to us by the weight and dimensions of your parcel, keeping costs to our customers as cheap as possible. The cost of delivery will be displayed at the checkout. Orders over £99 (ex vat) will be free of charge.

Free Delivery

All UK mainland orders over £99 (ex vat) will be completely free of charge including Next Day Delivery. 

Orders outside the UK mainland have increased costs with couriers which we cannot currently offer free delivery. 

Next Day Delivery Guarantee*

Get your order the next business day with our reputable couriers such as DPD, FedEx, Amazon and YODEL: the option is yours at checkout. Next Day Delivery applies to business days, orders on this service will not be delivered on a Saturday or British Bank Holiday.

Our Premium Couriers (DPD & FedEx) will provide you with a 1-hour delivery slot via email and SMS (if provided) ahead of time so that you can get on with your day knowing when your parcel will arrive.

All orders successfully placed by 5:30pm adhering to T&Cs will be dispatched the same-day. As we rely on a third-party couriers to deliver our parcels, orders are subject to the courier selected T&Cs as well as our own. 

Standard Delivery Guarantee*

Delivered within 2-3 working days with our reputable couriers such as Amazon and YODEL: the option is up to you and charges are based on weight and location. Standard Delivery applies to business days, orders on this service will not be delivered on a Saturday or British Bank Holiday.

48-72 hour Delivery is only available for orders 15kg and below. Orders above this weight will require next day delivery.

Our premium couriers, DPD and FedEx, will send you a notification via email and SMS (if provided) with a precise 1-hour delivery window, allowing you to plan your day ahead while eagerly anticipating your parcel’s arrival. 

If you place your order before 5:30 pm and comply with our terms and conditions, we will dispatch it on the same day. However, please note that as we depend on third-party couriers for delivery, the courier’s terms and conditions, as well as our own, apply to all orders.


All courier service costs are based upon the weight of your order and the location of delivery. 

At Discount Cream, we provide you with options on your desired courier service depending on your preferences. We currently offer services via FedEx, DPD, YODEL and Hauliers for pallet deliveries. Each courier has different restrictions and cut-offs for same-day dispatch which you can find on the chart below.

Orders sent out on a tracked service, such as signature required or proof of delivery, can be traced via the couriers websites. On dispatch we will email you your tracking code which you enter on the couriers tracking pages to monitor its arrival with you. 

Restricted Locations

We ship only to UK addresses at this time. After major shipping changes from Brexit, we are working on offering shipping to ROI and the EU again in future.

We do accept orders to UK Highlands and Islands however couriers do have increased costs to these locations which is calculated at checkout. 

Restricted Products (Cream Chargers) As Company Policy, we do not accept orders for 18+ and/or Restricted Products such as Cream Chargers to University Accommodations – any orders we receive to university addresses will be cancelled and potentially blocked from purchasing again from our website as per our T&Cs. Orders to universities for standard products without restrictions (such as syrups, coffee etc.) are accepted as normal. 

Age Verification Delivery

All 18+ Restricted Products are sent on an Age Verified Delivery service via the courier of choice selected at checkout. 

The age verification courier procedure is similar to when you go into a supermarket. The delivery driver will have to select a box on their screen stating that the recipient looks over 25 and therefore no ID check is necessary, or that they have decided to ID the customer as they look under 25. The recipient will have to show a relevant ID such as a passport or driving licence. Failure to be able to provide ID upon request will mean the goods are returned back to us.

Dispatch for Glass Products

As per Company Policy, our parcels containing glass require additional packing materials to protect the products from damage during transit such as additional bubble wrap and plastic bags to contain spillages. Due to careful packing, large orders of glass products may not be dispatched same-day if ordered after 4pm due to the packing time required. 90% of the time our team is still able to get large glass orders out on time but on busy days or in peaks of season, these orders are prioritised to be packed the next morning for safe delivery. 

Issues with Delivery


While we are committed to making every effort on our part to ensure the prompt delivery of your order on the following business day, we cannot assume responsibility for any potential complications arising from the courier’s operations, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or vehicle malfunctions. If a delay is due to a fault within our control, we will refund your original shipping costs.

We actively update our Service Updates page of any delays in service we may be experiencing for your reference before ordering. All orders are subject to our T&Cs including delivery. 

Order Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived in the estimated time or over 5 working days and you have checked with your surrounding neighbours, please contact your chosen courier directly to find out the status of your order and to arrange for delivery. If in the event the order has been lost, please contact our Customer Care team and we will arrange a suitable resolution. 

Damaged Parcels & Incorrect Items Received

At Discount Cream, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that your orders reach you in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where parcels arrive damaged or with incorrect items. In such cases, your cooperation in promptly reporting these issues is invaluable for expediting resolutions.

2-Step Requirements Before Reporting:

  1. Photograph the Parcel & Contents: Providing clear evidence of the outside of the parcel as well as products inside and the original packaging. This helps us perform remote investigations to provide a swift response and get a resolution underway as soon as possible.
  2. Keep the Original Packaging: Holding on to all of original packaging is essential for the simplest return process and avoiding potential delays. Products will not be accepted for return without their original packaging.

How to Report Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact our customer support team within 2 working days of receiving your order. Attach the images showcasing the issues along with a brief description. Our team will promptly review your case and determine the most appropriate course of action based on the provided evidence.

Courier Investigations

From time to time couriers are required to perform an investigation to find out what has happened to a missing or damaged order. In this scenario where an investigation is required we will not be able to finalise a resolution (such as a refund or a resend) until the investigation is complete. This process can take up to 5 working days. Once the investigation is complete by the couriers we will then swiftly organise a fitting resolution. 


If you requested the goods to be left safe and they go missing, we or the courier cannot be responsible for any theft. In the event that our courier logs a delivery as complete, but you can’t find the package, a courier investigation can be opened with the courier directly. If the courier investigates and confirms the parcel was indeed delivered, we can only assume it may have been stolen. While we’ll offer all the assistance we can, contacting and dealing with the police in such cases will be your responsibility.
