Monin Sauce 1.89L Caramel

A heavenly mixture of melted down sugar and butter, Caramel is universally loved for its delicious, smoky flavour notes, which offers a decadent flavour kick to most food and drinks that are in need of a sweet kick.

Monin Caramel Sauce takes all of that flavour and puts it into a smooth, easy to squeeze sauce, letting you add flavour to your favourite hot and cold drinks and desserts with ease.
 

Recipe idea: Iced Caramel Frappucino

You will need:

2 shots of espresso, or 80ml of strongly brewed coffee.

120ml of cool milk

1 large cup of ice cubes
45ml of Monin Caramel Syrup

To top:
1 tablespoon of Monin Caramel Sauce

1 whipped cream dispenser

1 whipped cream charger

100ml whipping cream

How to make:

1. Add the ice cubes, Monin Caramel Syrup, milk and espresso shots/ strong coffee to a blender, and blend for around 30 seconds, or until smooth.

2. Open up the whipped cream dispenser and pour the whipping cream inside, taking care to close the device firmly.

3. Next, place the whipped cream charger inside a charger holder, and screw it onto the head of the whipped cream dispenser until you hear a hissing sound. Shake the device firmly for several seconds.

4. Turn the whipped cream dispenser upside down, and squirt a generous dollop of whipped cream over your iced frappuccino. Drizzle Monin Caramel sauce over the top of the whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!
