Decadent Delight: Sugar-Free Caramel Mocha Recipe

This sugar-free mocha recipe utilises one of the more simple mixtures that can go into a dispenser, using syrups along with whipping cream and freshly brewed coffee to produce a tasty treat that is light in calories. Discover guilt-free indulgence with our collection of sugar-free syrups. Perfect for health-conscious individuals, our syrups offer delicious flavours without the added sugar, ensuring you can enjoy your favourite treats without compromising on taste.

For this mocha recipe, we’re going to use the 1883’s sugar-free flavoured syrups from their decadent signature series. Feel free to explore and customise to your heart’s content by swapping to another brand or adjusting to suit your personal preferences. The chocolate and caramel syrups give the mocha mixture a decadent and irresistible twist! 1883’s Syrups are a perfect match for any of our premium coffee beans – for this recipe, we’re using Caffe Suprema’s Espresso Oro Coffee Beans, these will complement the flavour of the syrups perfectly.

The mocha will be topped off with a delightfully fresh whipped cream for an extra bit of decadence, adding a creamy finish to this irresistible treat.

How To Make A Caramel Mocha

  1. Before making the mocha, you should get started on the whipped cream. Open up your 250ml dispenser, and pour in the whipping cream. Tightly screw the dispenser head back onto the device.
  2. Next, take the whipped cream charger and place it in a charger holder, with the thin end facing towards the ceiling. Rapidly screw the charger holder onto the whipped cream dispenser until you hear a hissing noise. This is the sound of the nitrous oxide filling the dispenser.
  3. Shake the dispenser vigorously for about 30 seconds – this should be long enough for the whipped cream to form and adequately mix in with the syrup.
  4. Next, hold the dispenser upright and expel the excess nitrous oxide into a glass or beaker. Your deliciously chocolatey whipped cream is now ready for serving!
  5. Brew coffee to your own personal preference, and add in both of 1883’s chocolate and caramel sugar free syrup. Stir thoroughly, then add a generous swirl of whipped cream to the top of the mixture. Enjoy!
