Drink recipe: Banoffee Dark Hot Chocolate
You will need
Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate Powder (Or powder of preference)
20ml Simply Banoffee Syrup
Milk
Instructions
Combine a scoop of Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate Powder with hot water in a mug.
Add the Simply Banoffee Syrup to the mixture.
Add milk to a pan and steam it, stirring gently. Once the milk is warm and frothy, pour into the mug. Enjoy!
Baking recipe: Banoffee Cupcakes
You will need
For the cupcakes
110g softened butter
110g golden caster sugar
110g self-raising flour
2 large eggs
2 tsp Simply Banoffee Syrup
To top
60ml whipping cream
Whipped cream dispenser
1 Cream charger
2 tsp simply banoffee syrup
Banana (sliced)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan/ gas mark 4. Fill a cupcake try with 12 cases.

Beat together the butter and caster sugar together until pale and fluffy. Whisk in eggs one at a time.

Add 2 tablespoons of Simply Banoffee Syrup to the mixture, then pour in the self raising flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined, then spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown, then leave to cool on the wire rack.

To make the topping, pour the 60ml of whipping cream and Simply Banoffee Syrup into a whipped cream dispenser, and close securely. Put a cream charger into the charger holder and screw into the canister until you hear a hissing sound.

Give the whipped cream dispenser an energetic shake for a few seconds to produce a delicious, banoffee-infused whipped cream. Apply whipped cream to the top of the cupcakes, and top with the banana slices. For an optional but delicious twist, grate chocolate over the top of the cakes.
